Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via text/chat platforms in a friendly and professional manner.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems to provide effective solutions.
- Maintain a high level of empathy and patience with every customer interaction.
- Document all customer interactions and account details accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow established scripts and quality assurance guidelines to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex escalations.
- Uphold company policies and brand standards during every conversation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute (WPM).
- Basic computer literacy and navigation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.
