Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Maintain a high level of empathy and patience, especially during high-volume night shifts.
- Document all interactions and issues in the company's database accurately.
- Collaborate with the support team and other departments to escalate complex issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate assistance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Proven experience in customer service, call center, or chat support roles is preferred.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
- Strong written communication skills with a focus on grammar and tone.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (required for remote/FL positions).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment or on-site in Philadelphia.
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
