Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt, professional support via live chat for product inquiries, technical troubleshooting, and billing assistance
- Document interactions meticulously in CRM systems while maintaining accurate resolution timelines
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and implement permanent solutions
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs and product knowledge
- Participate in continuous training to master new product features and support protocols
- Maintain performance metrics including response time and customer satisfaction scores
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying recurring pain points and suggesting enhancements
Qualifications
