Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat within 60 seconds
- Resolve technical issues, billing questions, and product inquiries
- Maintain detailed case notes in CRM system
- Collaborate with tier-2 support for complex escalations
- Meet/exceed customer satisfaction targets (90%+ CSAT)
- Participate in daily team huddles and training sessions
- Adhere to company SLAs and compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Minimum 40 WPM typing speed with 95% accuracy
- Proficient in web browsers and basic troubleshooting
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Reliable transportation to Fort Worth office
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Available for evening/weekend shifts (4-12 hour blocks)
