Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous customer service or chat support experience is a plus but not mandatory for our Hiring Event.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using computers and navigating web-based applications.
- Communication: Exceptional written communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
- Typing: Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
