- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products/services based on customer needs.
- Participate actively in paid training sessions to master product knowledge and soft skills.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we provide paid training for the right candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment (if remote).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
