- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and adhere to compliance protocols
- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex cases and share best practices
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality, resolution times, and sales targets
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
- Support weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible scheduling options
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service or call center experience preferred
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills and active listening abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficient with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office
- High-speed home internet and quiet workspace environment required
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a remote team setting
- Must be available for weekend shifts (6 AM - 10 PM PST)
