Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via live chat platforms to provide accurate information and resolve inquiries.
- Assist customers with account management, billing questions, and product troubleshooting.
- Maintain a positive and professional tone in all written correspondence.
- Document all interactions and issues in the CRM database efficiently.
- Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to type 40+ WPM.
- Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if remote).
- Available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
