Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries: Communicate effectively via live chat platforms to resolve issues and answer questions in a timely manner.
- Problem Resolution: Analyze customer concerns and provide accurate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system for future reference.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide informed assistance.
- Quality Assurance: Review chat logs and performance metrics to ensure high standards of service are maintained.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or call center environments is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Superior written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information simply and professionally.
- Typing Speed: Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM required.
