Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time customer support via live chat across multiple platforms
- Resolve technical issues, billing inquiries, and product questions efficiently
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case histories in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation and improvement initiatives
- Monitor chat queues and maintain response time standards
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote relevant services
- Participate in regular training and skill development sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer support experience via digital channels
- Proven ability to type 60+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Zendesk, Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with multi-platform chat tools (Intercom, Drift)
- Ability to multitask in high-volume environments
- Strong emotional intelligence and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
