Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls regarding products, services, and account inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department.
- Document all customer interactions and transaction details accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer value.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure consistent service quality and adherence to scripts.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills are essential.
