Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Document all interactions and transactions into the CRM system in real-time.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services while adhering to sales scripts.
- Collaborate with the support team to escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
- Participate in daily training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) and adherence to call metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone voice.
- Strong typing skills (minimum 35 WPM) and proficiency with computer systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
