Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with a response time under 60 seconds.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional tone.
- Accurately enter customer data and transaction details into the CRM system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team leads or supervisors.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products/services.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with the QA team to improve chat scripts and support workflows.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in chat or email support.
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with high accuracy.
- Excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient demeanor.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
