- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries during weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).

- Document all customer interactions and account details accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure consistent service quality across all channels.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends on a rotating schedule.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
