Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions to customers.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) and first response time.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or chat support is a plus.
- Excellent written communication skills and grammar.
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM is required.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
