What You'll Do:
As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your primary goal is to resolve inquiries quickly and efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner via live chat and email.
- Analyze customer issues and provide accurate solutions or escalate complex technical problems to senior support staff.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with the product and technical teams to relay feedback and suggest improvements.
- Adhere to all company policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical or chat support environment.
- Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on grammar, tone, and clarity.
- Proficient typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and computer literacy.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
