Responsibilities
- Provide Real-Time Support: Handle high-volume chat inquiries with a focus on speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve Complex Issues: Troubleshoot customer problems and provide clear, step-by-step solutions via chat.
- Manage Accounts: Assist customers with account setup, billing questions, and technical navigation.
- Documentation: Log all interactions and resolutions accurately into the CRM system.
- Product Updates: Stay informed about new features and company policies to provide relevant information.
- Quality Assurance: Review chat transcripts for tone, clarity, and compliance with company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written communication skills and a typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or tech support is highly preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Computer Literacy: Comfortable navigating multiple software applications and browser tabs simultaneously.
- Location: Must reside in the Chicago, IL area or be willing to relocate to our North Carolina facility.
