Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with 95%+ resolution rate
- Document interactions and escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support
- Maintain detailed knowledge base for products/services
- Collaborate with sales team to identify upsell opportunities
- Meet/exceed KPIs for response time and customer satisfaction
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine skills
- Provide feedback to improve chatbot automation workflows
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer support experience via digital channels
- Exceptional written communication with 60+ WPM typing speed
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Intercom, or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced chat environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Available to work flexible shifts including weekends
