Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via live chat to resolve inquiries, answer questions, and provide technical support.
- Manage multiple chat windows simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately within our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department promptly.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize chat workflows and support scripts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or higher is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or chat support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Fast typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and proficiency with computer applications.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
