Responsibilities
- Provide real-time customer support via live chat, resolving inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product/service issues
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Adhere to SLAs with 95%+ first-contact resolution rate
- Participate in weekly training sessions to master new products
- Monitor chat queues during peak hours to ensure zero customer wait times
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer support experience (chat/phone preferred)
- Exceptional written communication with 50+ WPM typing speed
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar)
- Ability to multitask across 3-4 concurrent chats
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Must pass background check and drug screening
