- Escalate complex cases to the senior technical team while keeping the customer informed.
- Identify trends in customer feedback to suggest improvements to our service processes.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or chat support is required.
- Excellent written communication skills with impeccable grammar and spelling.
- Fast typing speed (40+ WPM) with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and live chat tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously without losing focus.
