- Complete product knowledge training quarterly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Quiet home office with reliable internet (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Available to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
