Responsibilities

- Order Management: Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Record Keeping: Document all interactions and transactions in the internal database for future reference.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the support team to improve service processes and share best practices.
- Qualifications: Assist in identifying product or service improvements based on customer feedback.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred, but we provide paid training for motivated candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable and available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
