Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve technical issues and product questions using troubleshooting scripts and knowledge bases.
- Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism while managing high-volume chat queues.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and improve service protocols.
- Adhere to company policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service, technical support, or chat-based support roles.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and accuracy.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information simply.
- Availability to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
