Responsibilities
- Respond to high-volume customer inquiries via live chat with speed, accuracy, and empathy.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, step-by-step guidance to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain a professional and positive tone in all written communications, reflecting our brand values.
- Log detailed notes and interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical and escalation teams to ensure complex issues are resolved efficiently.
- Adhere to quality assurance metrics and company policies during every shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, tech support, or chat support is highly desirable.
- Exceptional typing speed (minimum 40-50 WPM) and accuracy.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common computer applications.
