Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via live chat to answer inquiries and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Provide accurate product information and troubleshooting assistance.
- Manage multiple chat windows simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support agents.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and positive tone in all written communications.
- Collaborate with the QA team to improve chat scripts and response times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in chat support, email support, or customer service (preferred).
- Must be available to work Night Shifts (varied hours including weekends).
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) and grammar skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and solve problems with limited supervision.
