- Follow Scripts: Adhere to established guidelines and quality assurance protocols.
- Handle Escalations: Identify complex issues and route them to senior support tiers appropriately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments.
- Stay Updated: Continuously learn about new product features and company policies.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous customer service or chat support experience is preferred but we train the right candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time night shifts (Rotating schedules may apply).
- Skills: Proficient in typing (40+ WPM) and basic computer operations.
- Communication: Excellent written English skills; ability to sound professional in text.
- Internet: High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace are essential.
