Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via live chat with <95% first-contact resolution rate
- Maintain detailed CRM documentation for all interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs
- Adhere strictly to SLA standards for response times
- Participate in weekly training sessions for product updates
- Monitor chat queues during high-traffic periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience (chat/voice)
- Exceptional written communication skills with professional tone
- Ability to multitask 5+ concurrent chat conversations
- Proficiency in Zendesk/Salesforce CRM platforms
- High school diploma; college degree preferred
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Availability for 11 PM - 7 AM EST shifts
