Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and service inquiries using CRM tools
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and ticketing systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (handle time, quality scores)
- Collaborate with supervisors to improve customer experiences
- Participate in ongoing product training sessions
- Maintain HIPAA/GDPR compliance for sensitive data
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- 18+ years of age with legal work authorization
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and computer proficiency
- Exceptional verbal communication in English
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM) including weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Previous customer service experience preferred
