About the Role:
As a Chat Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients during our peak operational hours. Your role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing accurate, timely, and empathetic assistance via live chat.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly via live chat channels, maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer issues, questions, and complaints efficiently, escalating complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Adhere to company scripts, policies, and quality assurance standards to ensure brand consistency.
- Proactively identify trends in customer feedback to suggest process improvements.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, technical support, or chat support roles.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to write clearly and concisely.
- Available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM or 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
