Your Role:
As a Chat Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing real-time assistance through various digital platforms. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through live chat channels, resolving inquiries with speed and accuracy.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues or product-related questions for our night-time clientele.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, account details, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and empathetic tone, even during high-volume or stressful periods.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and suggest process improvements.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to ensure accurate information delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer support, technical support, or chat support roles.
- Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM) and high computer proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar and clarity.
