- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score
- Collaborate with global teams to improve service processes
- Participate in bi-weekly virtual training sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- High-speed internet & quiet home office
- Ability to work independently and meet SLAs
- Spanish/English bilingual required
- Available Saturday-Sunday 8am-8pm EST
