Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer support experience (chat preferred)
- Strong typing skills (60+ WPM with 98% accuracy)
- Excellent written communication in English
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
- Proficiency with Zendesk/Salesforce platforms
