Responsibilities
- Respond to Inquiries: Monitor and respond to incoming customer messages via live chat in real-time with a friendly and professional tone.
- Problem Resolution: Assist customers with account issues, product information, and troubleshooting steps to resolve their concerns efficiently.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure every interaction results in a positive customer experience, adhering to quality assurance standards.
- Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions, notes, and resolutions in the CRM system for future reference.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to escalate complex issues and improve service protocols.
- Adherence: Follow company scripts, policies, and compliance regulations during all interactions.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call center, or technical support is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional written communication skills with high attention to grammar and spelling.
- Technical: Must have a reliable computer and a high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Soft Skills: Patience, empathy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
