Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in real-time via live chat software with a professional and friendly tone.
- Resolve customer issues, answer questions regarding products or services, and troubleshoot basic technical problems.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Adhere to company scripts and quality assurance guidelines to ensure brand consistency.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or management when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with the team to identify trends and improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in customer service, chat support, or technical support is preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English grammar and spelling.
- Typing speed of at least 35-40 WPM.
- Stable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during the night shift.
- Proficiency in using computer software and online communication tools.
