Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time chat support to resolve customer inquiries within 60-second response time
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy for audit compliance
- Collaborate with tier-2 support teams for complex technical escalations
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score through personalized solutions
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions
- Participate in weekly training sessions on product updates and communication techniques
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience in digital channels (chat/email)
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar CRM platforms
- Reliable home office setup with wired internet (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM CST)
- Strong problem-solving skills with de-escalation techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
