Responsibilities
- Deliver Premium Chat Support: Provide exceptional written customer service by responding to inquiries via live chat with speed and accuracy.
- Complete Paid Training: Participate in and successfully complete our 2-week paid training course to master product knowledge and company policies.
- Resolve Technical Issues: Diagnose customer problems and provide step-by-step solutions using our internal tools and knowledge base.
- Manage Customer Accounts: Assist with account setup, troubleshooting, and account maintenance for our client base.
- Maintain Documentation: Log all interactions, resolutions, and customer feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with Team: Communicate effectively with senior agents and management to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Adhere to Schedule: Commit to consistent night shift hours to ensure 24/7 coverage.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or chat support is preferred, but we provide training for high-potential candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work Night Shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM EST) on a full-time basis.
- Communication Skills: Superior written English skills with a professional, empathetic, and concise tone.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating multiple tabs, software applications, and CRM systems.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Internet: Reliable, high-speed internet connection is mandatory for this remote/onsite hybrid role.
