Responsibilities
- Provide real-time chat support to resolve technical inquiries and product issues
- Document customer interactions in CRM systems with precision
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers for complex technical escalations
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction metrics through empathetic communication
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Exceptional written communication skills with 60+ WPM typing speed
- Proficiency with Zendesk/Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to multitask across 3-4 concurrent chat sessions
- Strong problem-solving abilities with technical aptitude
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
