Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt, professional support via live chat and email channels
- Resolve technical issues, product questions, and order inquiries
- Maintain detailed case notes in CRM systems for seamless collaboration
- Identify upsell opportunities while maintaining customer trust
- Adhere to SLAs and quality metrics for customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support for complex escalations
- Participate in weekly training sessions on product updates
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer support experience (chat/email preferred)
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Zendesk/Salesforce a plus)
- Exceptional written communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office
- Available to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Associate degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong typing speed (60+ WPM) and attention to detail
