Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time chat support to resolve customer inquiries across multiple industries
- Maintain detailed case documentation in CRM systems with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with senior support agents to resolve complex technical issues
- Meet/exceed weekly performance metrics (response time, resolution rate)
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for chat protocols
- Train on new product launches and service updates quarterly
- Support weekend shift coverage (Sat-Sun, 10 AM - 6 PM EST)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience (chat/phone/email)
- Excellent written communication skills (typing 40+ WPM)
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Zendesk/Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with technical aptitude
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat-Sun 10 AM-6 PM EST)
