Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via live chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Master product knowledge to troubleshoot technical issues across 15+ platforms
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate critical bugs and feature requests
- Document solutions in knowledge base with clear, actionable guides
- Monitor chat queues during peak hours (8am-5pm PST) with <30s response time
- Contribute to weekly optimization sessions to improve support workflows
- Mentor new hires on communication protocols and product nuances
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in customer support, chat support preferred
- Typing speed of 70+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Intercom, or similar CRM tools
- Deep understanding of SaaS products and troubleshooting methodologies
- Exceptional written communication with neutral, empathetic tone
- Ability to multitask across 3+ concurrent chats during high-volume periods
- Experience with ticket management systems and SLA adherence
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification a major plus
