Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer support experience via chat/email platforms
- Exceptional written communication and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Zendesk, Salesforce preferred)

- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Associate degree or equivalent technical certification preferred
