- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via live chat with <95% response time
- Resolve technical issues, billing questions, and product concerns using CRM systems
- Maintain 100% accuracy in documentation and ticket resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases
- Contribute to knowledge base improvements and process optimizations
- Meet/exceed monthly satisfaction metrics and first-contact resolution targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in digital customer support or chat operations
- Exceptional written communication skills with professional tone
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Intercom, or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced chat environments
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Typing speed: 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
