Responsibilities
- Provide real-time support via live chat to resolve customer inquiries and technical issues
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining response time standards
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex product or service concerns
- Upsell products and services based on customer needs and company guidelines
- Continuously improve support quality through feedback analysis and training

- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Friday-Sunday)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or chat support experience
- Proficient in typing (60+ WPM) with excellent written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge (hardware/software)
- Available to work flexible weekend shifts (including holidays)
