Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with a friendly and professional tone.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to provide accurate resolutions.
- Log customer interactions and issue details into the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the wider support team to share knowledge and best practices.
- Adhere to all company policies, including data privacy and service level agreements.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly desirable.
- Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on grammar and clarity.
- Proven ability to type 40+ words per minute with high accuracy.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficiency in using computer software and troubleshooting basic technical problems.
