Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume chat inquiries from customers with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently by utilizing troubleshooting guides and product knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions in the CRM database.
- Follow company protocols to ensure compliance and high-quality service standards.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior support agents when necessary.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve chat response times and customer satisfaction scores.
- Identify opportunities for upselling based on customer needs and feedback.
Qualifications
- Exceptional written communication skills with a professional and friendly tone.
- High typing speed (40+ WPM) and proficiency with MS Office and web browsers.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or chat support is highly preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask in a dynamic setting.
