- Troubleshoot technical issues for enterprise software clients

- Adhere to SLA metrics for response and resolution times

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 60 WPM typing accuracy
- Experience with live chat platforms (Zendesk, Intercom)
