- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex product issues
- Identify upsell opportunities through consultative problem-solving
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score through personalized solutions
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and skills development sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in digital customer support environments
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Intercom, or similar chat platforms
- Exceptional written communication with neutral accent
- Ability to multitask across 3-5 concurrent chat sessions
- Available for rotating weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
