Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via live chat with empathy and professionalism.
- Resolve product issues and troubleshoot technical problems efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve support scripts and knowledge base articles.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores during peak hours.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
