Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional real-time customer support via chat platforms
- Resolve technical issues and product inquiries efficiently
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex cases
- Achieve monthly customer satisfaction and resolution targets
- Participate in ongoing product training sessions
- Support quality assurance initiatives and feedback loops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or chat support experience
- 60+ WPM typing speed with exceptional accuracy
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Available to work rotating weekends and holidays
- Reliable internet and quiet home workspace
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional in-person duties)
